To optimize production management and control, as well as to improve production efficiency, both GSGML and PSML implemented the Single-Piece Flow Hanger Operation System since 2010. As a result, production lead-time, in-line quality control and working conditions are improved.
Our Production team of PSML and GSGML, over 1,500 staff, are committed to on time delivery of products with the highest quality workmanship.
Quality is one of the most important objectives of PSML’s service guideline. Every single garment, whether in-process or final-output, is carefully checked against customer’s requirement, such as overall appearance, correct workmanship and measurement accuracy, with an AQL 2.5 standard applied in general.
In addition, Product Safety is the top priority for PSML and GSGML. Each garment undergoes needle and foreign object detection, by our certified needle detector, as well as X-ray machine, to ensure all products are free of any harmful objects.
