The movement of Incorporation of the enterprises of Hong Kong and China, leading to the formation of Lee Tai Sang International Holdings (BVI) Limited, becomes the foundation of Lee Tai Sang’s Global Development Initiative. Presently to be known as The Lee Tai Sang Group, the establishment of subsidiary companies in Tokyo, Japan in 2013 and Dubai, UAE in 2023, not limited to production of over 15 million sets of regular swimwear products, provides a vertical supply chain from design to knitting to product of swimwear and activewear products for customers all over the world.

In 1999, Prosperity Swimwear Manufacturing Limited is officially established in Dong Guan, China, as a fully-owned subsidiary production facility of Lee Tai Sang Fashionknit Factory Limited, and as a milestone of specialization, Lee Tai Sang modified its company name into Lee Tai Sang Swimwear Factory Limited in Hong Kong. The production facility of Prosperity Swimwear grew rapidly from 400 people to 900 in 5 years, producing 6 million sets of swimwear annually.

Formed as Lee Tai Sang Fashionknit Factory Limited in 1985 in Hong Kong, the company was mainly focusing on Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM) for swimwear brands of all sizes, mainly in Europe, with nearly 200 workers at peak period.
